Upload a part
POST/v1/parts
Creates a part and returns a short-lived URL for uploading its CAD source. This is the first step of the pipeline — upload the file to the URL, then run Analyze a part (PATCH /parts/{id}).

The request is invalid.
The API key is missing or invalid.
The API key may not perform this operation: it has no access to this part of the API, it may only read it, or its creator has not met the organization’s two-factor requirement.
