Import a tool holder
PATCH/v1/holders/:id
Queues import of an uploaded tool holder — deriving its collision envelope — and returns a job. Track the job, then read the result with Get a tool holder (GET /holders/{id}).

The import job was accepted.
The request is invalid.
The API key is missing or invalid.
The API key may not perform this operation: it has no access to this part of the API, it may only read it, or its creator has not met the organization’s two-factor requirement.
The holder does not exist.
The holder source has not been uploaded, an import is already in progress, or the Idempotency-Key was already used for a different operation.
The import job could not be submitted.
